Ski vibes in La Clusaz 🏔️
The view from our room was a total koppie view, stunning! The spa? Lekker way to unwind after a day on the slopes, defs enjoyed those massages. Reception chommies were super friendly, made checking in sharp-sharp!
Only thing, the kitchen setup could do with a bit more stuff, like extra mugs or pots. had to skinner with the staff about it.

A warm welcome after a long drive was refreshing, especially for wet motorcyclists. The underground secure parking was a bonus, providing peace of mind. Although the breakfast was generally good, one morning's lack of fresh milk was disappointing. The scenic view from the restaurant made dining enjoyable, yet it couldn't offset the challenges faced during the stay.

More grab bars in bathrooms would increase safety.

The heated outdoor pool provided a nice spot to relax after a long day on the slopes, with great mountain views surrounding it. The rooms were spacious and had good kitchenettes, giving a sense of comfort for those who want to self-cater when needed.
Housekeeping was disappointingly inconsistent, with rooms not getting cleaned properly and towels not changed every day—this isn't expected in a place touting 4-star status. Access to the ski lockers was confusing, set far from main areas, adding unnecessary hassle for skiing gear. Once, even a malfunctioning toilet had no response until our check-out day, which felt unprofessional, leaving us to deal with the annoyance. Crowded and cluttered hallways from cleaning carts were unpleasant too, detracting from the overall atmosphere. The beds were two singles pushed together, leading to a sleep struggle thanks to uncomfortable pillows. I also noticed a lack of USB ports and electric outlets by the bed. with tech being such a part of today, that's a miss on their part.

Comfortable Stay with Minor Inconveniences
We enjoyed our five-night stay in a comfortable twin room with spa access. The shuttle service made accessing town easier, though the steep walk can be challenging. A highlight was the friendly staff who were always eager to help. Tip, Utilize the spa early in the day for a quieter experience.
